Welcome to the Lausanne Workplace Forum application!
From 2 - 5 October 2025, The Lausanne Workplace Forum for Africa and the Middle East will bring all streams of the Lausanne Movement to work on this critical issue. We want the Lausanne Workplace Forum (LWF) to reflect the beauty and diversity of the church in Africa and the Middle East. Our desire is to see men and women from every corner of the workplace come together at this event. LWF will be a unique opportunity to collaborate and explore current research and resources to develop new initiatives for how all God’s people might ‘live, think, work, and speak from a biblical worldview and with missional effectiveness’ (Cape Town Commitment).
The following application is divided into three sections: Applicant Profile, Application, and Reference Request. To be considered by the Selection Committee you will need to complete all three sections.

The Manila Manifesto, emerging from the 1989 Lausanne Congress, is a significant evangelical document emphasizing holistic mission, societal transformation, and the proclamation of the gospel, influencing Christian engagement worldwide.
In 2010, the Cape Town Commitment was written as a roadmap for the Lausanne Movement. It presents a statement of shared biblical convictions and calls Christians worldwide to action.
The Seoul Statement builds upon the foundation of the Lausanne Covenant, the Manila Manifesto, and the Cape Town Commitment. Together, they stand as contemporary reflections of biblical convictions and values. The Seoul Statement was written by the Theology Working Group (TWG) addresses contemporary gaps.
