  • Use this form to submit the details of a gathering (virtual or in person) that you would like added to the official Lausanne calendar and website. 

    We recommend having the gathering on the website at least 30 days before the gathering to allow people to join. Please note that the standard lead time to get the gathering onto the website is 10 days from the date the form is submitted. For gatherings that are happening in less than 7 days, we can add the information to Lausanne.org for archive purposes, if desired. For urgent gatherings or any other questions, please contact Sandra Kunze at skunze@lausanne.org.  

    Example timeline: 

    • Date of gathering: February 15
    • Gathering information on the website: January 15 (30 days before)
    • Fill out and submit this form by: January 5 (10 days before)
