  • Welcome to the Issue Network Health Assessment

  • Thank you for investing time in this important journey of discernment and growth. This assessment is an invitation to reflect prayerfully and honestly on the current health of your network, and to discern together how the Spirit may be inviting you to grow.

As you move through the assessment, you’ll be guided to consider where your network currently stands in its growth and health.

Time Required: Set aside 20–30 minutes for thoughtful reflection and response.

Before You Begin: We encourage you to approach this process as a spiritual practice:

    • Start in prayer, asking the Spirit to guide you with humility, honesty, and clarity.
    • Let your first instinct guide your answers—reflecting your current reality, not your aspirations.
    • Take a moment to pause and reflect at the end—both to celebrate what is growing, and to bring before the Lord any areas that feel dry or unclear.

After You Complete the Assessment: You’ll have the opportunity to record a brief (3–5 minute) verbal summary reflection on your network, which may include thoughts on areas not covered by the assessment. A link will be provided for this at the end.

May this tool be an opportunity to be more rooted, fruitful, and growing in Christ (as encouraged in Colossians).

    Let’s begin.
