Inter-Generational Collaboration Diagnostic
  • Inter-Generational Collaboration Diagnostic

  • As part of the Lausanne Movement’s commitment to intergenerational missional collaboration, theΒ INTERACT team is developing tools to help Issue Networks reflect on and strengthen the way they engage across generations.

    This diagnostic is designed to assess the intergenerational health of your network. It will help identify current strengths, uncover gaps, and provide a shared starting point for meaningful progress. We believe that fostering mutuality, friendship, and collaboration across generations is not just a strategic priorityβ€”it is a biblical and missional calling.

    We encourage network leadership teams to complete the diagnostic together or individually, and use the results as a mirrorβ€”highlighting areas of strength as well as areas that may need intentional improvement to become a more welcoming and empowering space for Gen Z and Millennial leaders. Lower scores will suggest opportunities for growth in intergenerational collaboration.

    Your responses will inform:

    • Tailored support for your network from theΒ INTERACT team
    • Best practices and tools for healthy intergenerational leadership
    • Lausanne’s broader efforts to amplify collective transformation across the Movement

    We invite you to approach this survey with openness and curiosity. There are no right or wrong answersβ€”just an opportunity to listen, learn, and grow together as we seek to accelerate global mission acrossΒ every generation.

  • This diagnostic includes a series of statements designed to help you reflect on the intergenerational health and accessibility of your network.

    Please rate each statement on a scale from 1 to 5, where:
    5 = Strongly Agree
    1 = Strongly Disagree

    The goal is not to achieve a perfect score, but to get an honest snapshot of your network’s current culture, communication, and collaboration practices.
